The end is the beginning.
The Ouroboros is the serpent, or dragon, devouring its own tail. It is one of the world's oldest mystical symbols, first appearing in the enigmatic 14th-century BCE wall carvings within the tomb of Tutankhamun. The Ouroboros was placed there as a protective barrier, and a symbol of the beginning and end of time. It represents the eternal return, and the unity of all things.
The symbol has been used for thousands of years as a protective and deeply meaningful talisman.
I carved this talisman to echo the raw textures of an ancient find, serving as a witness to your personal evolution.
