The sand dollar is a special creature, incredibly ancient, dating back about 60 million years. Found in nature, they have held deep meaning for many peoples.

Description:

This pendant represents a special connection to the sea. Finding a sand dollar in nature represents luck and prosperity. 

I hand-carved this sand dollar pendant, and it has been cast in solid recycled sterling silver. It carries the power and the symbolism of transformation and resilience. 

I designed this piece to look more like a fossilised form, and to feel like something that has been found and uncovered. It is purposely made to look as if it was plucked from the sea after being hidden away from the world. 

Wear it during times of change, and to remind yourself of the deeper rhythms beneath life’s surface.
