Across every major civilisation, the serpent has existed in a state of high-integrity duality: the creator and the destroyer; the bringer of life and the harbinger of chaos. It is the primary archetype of Impermanence—a creature that physically outgrowths its own skin to emerge renewed. 

In some belief systems, serpents have been honoured as guardians of the sacred and protectors of the land, mediating between the earthly and spiritual realms.

I textured the silver to provide a raw, tactile surface that resembles snake skin.
